Our approach is inspired by customer‑first brands in the décor space, while staying true to our made‑to‑order and eco‑responsible philosophy.
1. Made‑to‑Order & Hand‑Finished Products
All EcoDecor® products are made‑to‑order and hand‑finished after an order is placed. This means:
- Each piece is created individually, not mass‑produced
- Slight variations in finish, texture, or shade are natural
- No two pieces are exactly identical
These subtle differences are a hallmark of hand-finished décor and add to the uniqueness of your product.
Because products are made specifically for you, they cannot be resold or reused once produced.
2. Understanding Appearance, Size & Shade
We want you to feel informed before you buy:
Size
- All product dimensions are clearly mentioned on the website in millimetres (mm)
- Please review sizes carefully before placing your order
Returns or refunds are not applicable due to size-related dissatisfaction.
Colour, Shade & Finish
- All images are professionally photographed
- Shade names and finishes are clearly mentioned on product pages
- High-resolution images are provided for clarity
However, appearance may vary slightly due to:
- Hand-finishing techniques
- Lighting conditions
- Differences in screen resolution, brightness, and colour calibration across devices
These variations are expected and inherent to hand-finished products and are not considered defects.
3. Returns & Exchanges – What We Do and Don’t Offer
We truly want you to love your EcoDecor® piece. At the same time, we also want to be honest and responsible.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Aesthetic preferences
- Size, colour, shade, or finish expectations
- Minor hand‑finished variations
This policy helps us:
- Avoid unnecessary reverse shipping
- Reduce carbon footprint
- Prevent wastage of made‑to‑order products
4. Dispatch, Shipping & Delivery Conditions
Independent Courier Partners
All orders placed on EcoDecor® are dispatched through independent third-party courier and logistics partners. EcoDecor® does not own, operate, or directly control courier services.
Once an order is handed over to the courier partner:
- Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed
- Transit handling, routing, and delivery attempts are managed by the courier partner
Dispatch Timelines
- Dispatch timelines are communicated at the time of ordering
- Made-to-order products are dispatched only after completion of production and quality checks
Delivery Conditions
- Delays may occur due to weather conditions, remote locations, strikes, regulatory checks, or unforeseen logistical issues
- EcoDecor® is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, but we will assist with tracking and coordination wherever possible
Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details
- Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery may result in additional charges or order cancellation without refund
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products (Our Exception)
We take great care in packaging every order. If, however, your product arrives:
- Damaged during transit, or
- Different from what you ordered
We’re here to help.
To raise a valid request:
- Record a clear, continuous unboxing video starting from the sealed package
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share the video and supporting images with our support team
⚠️ Requests without an unboxing video or reported after 24 hours cannot be accepted.
Once verified, we may offer:
- A replacement, or
- A refund or store credit
The resolution will be decided fairly, based on the situation.
5. Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not begun
- Once a made‑to‑order product enters production, cancellations are not possible
In rare cases where EcoDecor® cancels an order due to quality or availability issues, a full refund will be issued.
6. Payments & Security
- All payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways
- EcoDecor® does not store card or banking details
- By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method used is authorised
7. Privacy & Trust
We collect only the information necessary to:
- Process and deliver your order
- Communicate with you regarding your purchase
- Meet legal and accounting requirements
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, content, and product concepts on ecodecor.co.in are the intellectual property of EcoDecor®.
The EcoDecor® name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, imitation, or commercial exploitation of the brand or its assets is strictly prohibited.
9. Governing Law
All purchases and interactions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
